This notice explains how we handle information you submit and information collected when you visit this website.
Information you provide
The review form collects your name, email, optional phone, property details, unit count, interests and message. The support form collects your name, email, property and issue details, plus optional purchase information. Do not include sensitive payment information.
How information is used
Information is used to review your request, contact you about it, plan a site review, address support or consider product feedback. Submitting a form does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are sent to Formspree for processing, storage and the notification workflow configured for this website. Authorized personnel may access requests for follow-up. Hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and tracking
We use WhatConverts to understand how visitors find and use the site and which sources lead to inquiries. It may collect visited page URLs, referring sites, campaign parameters, technical browser and device information, IP addresses and cookie identifiers. When form tracking is configured, submitted contact and request details may be sent to WhatConverts and linked to the visit for attribution and follow-up. Visiting the site alone does not tell us your name or email address.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser; this may limit visit attribution. The hosting platform may also use functional authentication and security cookies. Fonts load from Google’s font service, which receives technical connection information such as an IP address. Payments are not processed through these forms; equipment payment systems operate separately.
Retention and requests
Information is retained to handle inquiries, provide relevant ongoing service and meet applicable obligations. For access, correction or deletion questions, email [email protected] or use resident support and select “Privacy request.” Identity verification may be needed.
